Beef
All our beef is naturally grown and grass fed, with hay and silage only. This method of slow growing without grain ensures that our meat has exceptional flavour.
Our cattle are raised in a stress free environment. ‘Happy cows produce better meat’. They are handled regularly and know us well. We transport them to the abattoir ourselves which also minimises stress. They are delivered in the morning where they are processed within a few hours of delivery. We then hang the beef for a minimum of 14 days.
Our beef is graded to meet the standard for Meat Standards Australia (MSA) quality.
We offer an additional guarantee that for each body that is processed, we eat one steak which has been cooked to medium rare by basic pan frying. The steak is accepted as up to 'Jalaway Belted Galloway Beef' standard if it is then able to be cut with a serrated edge butter knife, and it has the outstanding flavour that we expect from our beef! We do not need to use a steak knife to eat our steaks.
All our beef is vacuum packed for 2 (2 steaks per pack). It is labelled and ready for the freezer.

We regularly deliver to Warragul, Moe and surrounding areas, as well as the Mornington Peninsula. Delivery may be arranged to other areas dependent on demand.
Please be aware that there is a minimum order of $50, with an additonal delivery fee of $10. We offer free delivery with a purchase of $90 or over. We accept cash on delivery or prior payment via direct deposit:
